My name is Annette and I am a full time Certified Sisterlocks™ Consultant and Holistic Therapist based in South East London. I am also a full time mother (*smile*) with 3 beautiful children so last year (2014), I reduced my Sisterlocks & Natural Hair Styling work days from 6 days a week to 5 days a week, to help promote a healthier work-life balance.
1) Re: Sunday Services
Many of you have been asking about this, but I'm sorry, I don't work on Sundays. If you call or email on Sundays I will get back to you first thing on Monday morning xx
2) Re: Mobile Appointments
Unfortunately, the mobile service for Sisterlocks™ maintenance (retightening) appointments has been suspended until further notice.
My regular clients book their appointments 6-8 weeks in advance. This means that if you, as a prospective client call 'today' it is unlikely that you'll get a retightening or installation appointment for 'tomorrow' - however, as with any business, there will always be last minute availability due to cancellations or illness.
I also ring-fence some appointment blocks for new clients so it is always worth calling to check - I promise I will fit you into the earliest available slot.
3.1) Sisterlocks™ Consultation Appointments:
These are held Wednesday to Saturday and last for approximately 1 hour. Note: the next available consultation dates are in JULY (2015), but do get in touch if you are interested in case I have any cancellations.
NB. No Consultation - No Installation. Sorry to be a stickler for this, but it really is important. You'll understand why when you come for your appointment.
3.2) Sisterlocks™ Maintenance (Retightening) Appointments:
During the week, maintenance appointments normally start from 09:00 a.m.
Evening appointments start from 7:15 pm.
At the weekend, maintenance appointments start from 07:30 a.m. The last appointment is at 18:00.
On average, appointments last for about 3 hours; of course some clients are finished in less time than this and some take longer. Rates are discussed during your initial consultation.
Transfer Clients (clients wishing to join my practice from another consultant e.g. due to relocation) will be invited for a consultation prior to acceptance. Note: We are in the process of moving to new premises, so I am unable to take on transfer clients until after we have settled.
3.3) Sisterlocks™ Installation Appointments:
Installations take place during the working week (Monday to Friday) and always start at 08:30 am. I'm unable to do installations on the weekend as Saturday is our busiest day for retightening clients.

4) Things to Remember
Your appointment is for YOU ONLY. Please do not bring guests with you. Consultation fees are charged per person attending.
NB I will ALWAYS respond to your phone call or email.
If you telephone me while I am working I may not always be able to answer your call (e.g. if I am giving a treatment or in therapy), however, I will ALWAYS acknowledge your call and will call or text to arrange a convenient time to follow up.
If it seems to be taking a while for me to respond to your text/call, it is because I am working a series of long days/late nights and I feel uncomfortable calling you at 11:30 pm. I'm usually looking for free time during the day in order to give you my full attention. Please be patient but if you think I may have forgotten - by all means feel free to text/call again and remind me :) Telephone 020 3633 3449
If you email me, please be patient as I do get a fair bit of mail and messages often get snapped up by my anti-spam filter. Using the term "Appointment Availability" in the subject header of your message will ensure your email is flagged as important and pushed to the front of the queue. It can however take up to 72 hours during busy times for a response to be generated. Rest assured I am not ignoring you! I just like to make sure everyone receives the respect and attention they deserve.
Remember to Sign off with your name (especially if you contact me by Text Msg or Whatsapp.
